RETURN


If the purchased product arrives to you with a defect, you can return it within 14 calendar days after its delivery in accordance with Article 26.1. Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”. After you sign the acceptance certificate, the goods are considered accepted and cannot be returned.



HOW AND WHEN THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED:

  • We will refund the amount of the online purchase as soon as we accept the item for return inspection, after verification we will contact you to clarify the details. The money is transferred within 10 working days after the return request has been received by us.

  • The money will be credited to the card with which the purchase was paid, or according to the details specified in the return application. The payment receipt period may be extended - this depends on the speed of the buyer’s bank.

  • If the product is found to be defective due to the fault of the buyer, the return period may be extended during the examination.


To return or exchange an item, please issue a return in accordance with the Seller's return policy.

Initial shipping costs are not refundable. The term for crediting funds depends on the issuing bank.
The warranty on our furniture is 12 months.
